Vic Gonzales shot a gross 83 while Joe Marfori finished with a gross 76 as both emerged champions in the 8th Rancho Palos Verdes Golf and Country Club Monthly Medal Tournament, recently, in Brgy.Mandug.
Gonzales bested Southern Motors top honcho Milton Liu who submitted a 92 to take the super senior's division title while Marfori beat Horiuchi Sheginubo in a countback in the senior's division.
William Donohoe's 71 was just enough to win over Al Dayot for the super senior's net crown while Louie Brodeth's 68 gave him the senior's net title over Manny Nitorreda who finished with a 70.
Liezel Apitan secured the women's net crown with a 74 as runner-up Sally Sequenza came up with a 90. Kim Gye Sun shared the limelight by ruling the gross division with an 86.
In the guest's division, Tibor Marcelino (gross 75) and Osamo Ikeda (net 75) bagged the Division 1 titles while Philip Velasquez (gross 86) and Ricky Pineda (net 70) lifted the Division 2 champion's trophies.
Miguel Samong won the 12-17 years old division with a 106.
RPVGCC general manager Albert Casenas led golf officials in the awarding of trophies to the winners.
